Audacity program, do you have it?
Go to filter menu it's somewhere there
if you dont have audacity google it
it's freeware

then go effects??
then in there go filter > then noise reduction

where can i get this "Filter"..in File, Edit, View, Tracks, Generate, Effect, Analyze, Help???
