So this is ultrastar xD
Ultrastar is a free Singstar clone for PC!
It works with normal mics or the singstar ones for up to 16 players.
But the best is : You can put in nearly any song you like! There are a couple of LP songs too, thats why i post it here ;p

How to install a Song:
Install Ultrastar :p
Then go in the folder Songs in the Ultrastar Directory.
Download a Sing and unzip it.
You get a Folder with mp3, cover, bg, and a txt data in it.
Put the downloaded Folder in the Songs Directory.
Put mic in, start Ustar, sing/scream ;p

Lol the menu was cool, however the image sizes are maybe a bit too big, think about persons with really slow Internet.

How do I get Ultrastar?

Must be a downloadable package.

Trust me this game can be very painful with some songs. Numb is really hard, and then directly crawling :S deadly xD

so to prevent any other mistakes here a short ultrastar song manual:

BASICS:

So all songs are stored in the Ultrastar Songs Directory.
For a song you need 2 things: a .txt file and a mp3/ogg file.
If you want you can add cover, bg pic or video.

CREATE THE SONG:
___________________________
Create a new folder in the songs directory and give it a name, i recommend to name it after interpret and title to get a better overview like "Linkin Park - Faint". In the folder put you music file, txt and pics. Now you gotta make the txt file fit to your datas.
Open the txt file and look at the header. It should be like that:


#TITLE:Faint - This is the title shown in Ultrastar.
#ARTIST:Linkin Park - The Artist shown in Ultrastar. Its imprtant for the Ustar search engine too. NAME AN ARTIST ARE NEEDED!!
#COVER:faint.jpg - Cover name
#BACKGROUND:faint-bg.jpg - Background pics name
#EDITION: - This can be free. If you want you can sort your songs by Edition, like Singstar 80s or only LP. You can leave this totally out.
#GENRE: - Also not needed. You dont even have to write the hole #GENRE part, just leav e it out ^^
#LANGUAGE: - Same as Edition and Genre
#MP3:Linkin Park - Faint.mp3 -You have to put in the music files name. If doesnt fit, song wont be shown ingame.
#BPM:135 - The songs beats per minute
#GAP:28920 - the gap at the beginning, space to first word to sing
: 0 4 -4 I - now this is the song itself, no changes here.
: 4 2 -4 am
: 7 1 -4 a
: 8 1 -4 lit
: 9 1 -4 tle ........


This is how your txt looks like. If a song doesnt work look at the txt and fit the stuff. You can put the several point in a random order, only gap must be last point. you can make #COVER, #TITLE, #BACKGROUND, #ARTIST or #ARTIST, #COVER,... doesnt matter.
The songs i upload are ready folders i use too, if they dont work there must be a lil spelling mistale in the mp3 files name and im sorry, but after this short tutorial you should be alble to fix it for yourself ;D
