There's like 3 secs of silence in the beginning, right?

You can hear:
"So, what's sick?"
OR
"So, what you think?"

Not sure.
But, still, weird.
Remember to pause right after he says "sick" or "think" because when the music starts your eyes are history. :]

Any ideas why he says so?
BTW Is it Chester?

I never noticed that before. That's creepy and it'sn actually "So, what do you think." They probably were performing in the studio and someone in the band meant tell us what do you think of this next one.

Very possible. Good idea; however why would they whisper it so quiet? I had to turn volumes pretty loud to hear that.

I didn't. By the way, It's only on a few versions of it. Weird.

This isn't a mystery. Mike says 'So, What do you think?' in the studio. At the end, a band member said something. (Can't remember who), but all I know, he said something. I think after this Hybrid Theory song, the name 'Hybrid Theory' was changed to Lincoln Park and so on..

Yeah, that's what I think too.
