Found it. It is an unreleased track like Dedicated and Annoucement Service Public XD that actually never made it onto the album

I love b-sides. Hate Live B-Sides unless it is a unreleased song (like QWERTY) for 2 reasons-

B-Side is a term comes from the old vinyls we used to have (the backside of a vinyl is a the B side in case you don't knoe). Basically, it means a song that was going to be on the album but didn't make the cut or was made right after they finished rrecording (like My December)
